Terms
These terms cover the Gardner app and gardnermac.com. By using Gardner you agree to them. Questions go to hello@gardnermac.com.
The trial and the license
- Gardner is free to try with every feature for one day. After that it still shows what could go; tidying and sound controls need a license.
- A license is a one-time purchase. It works on up to five Macs you own or use, and you can move it between them from Gardner's settings.
- It includes every update through version 1. A later major version may be a new purchase; your copy keeps working either way.
- You may not share, resell or publish your key, or work around the license check.
Payment and refunds
Polar sells Gardner as the merchant of record and its terms also apply to the purchase. If Gardner doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.
Using Gardner safely
Gardner moves what you choose to the Trash and lets you restore it; a few removals, such as Docker data, can't be undone and are marked before you confirm. You decide what is removed, so please look before you tap, and keep backups of anything that matters. Watch only points out things that might be worth a look; it is not antivirus software.
No warranty
Gardner is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect damages from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Gardner after a change means you accept it.
